 <title>Monday&#039;s Workout 8.18.08</title>

 <description>&lt;a href=&quot;http://workouts.fitsugar.com/1876784&quot;&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;p&gt;So, I was still in the midst of reading Breaking Dawn &amp;amp; couldn&#039;t put it down so I started with a 22 minute &quot;warm up&quot; so that I could continue reading.  I did 22 minutes of the bike at a difficulty of 6-8...mostly 8.  It got a good sweat going so that&#039;s good.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Then I just tried to work back into working out.  A combination of being way too busy, birthdays, illness, and such has derailed my workout schedule.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So, here&#039;s my little workout...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Leg Raises alternating with back extensions 15 reps, 3 sets&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Push ups on the ball alternating with crunches on the ball, 15 reps, 2 sets &amp;amp; 10 reps, 1 set&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Then I was spent so I went home and ate a large salad and a little bit of pasta and one slice of bread.  I was good. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And the playlist...&lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Thursday 6/26/08&#039;s workout</title>

&lt;p&gt;5 min. warmup on the treadmill&lt;br /&gt;
Alternating&lt;br /&gt;
Crossovers - 40 (8lb weight) X 3 sets&lt;br /&gt;
Plank - 1 minute X 3 sets&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Alternating&lt;br /&gt;
Leg Press 15 (95lbs) X 3 sets&lt;br /&gt;
Squats 15 (40lbs) X 3 sets&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Alternating&lt;br /&gt;
Flies 15 (10lb) X 3 sets&lt;br /&gt;
Pushups 10 X 1 set then 5/5 &quot;girl&quot; pushups X 2 sets&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Then I finished with some stretching in the heated pool!  &lt;/p&gt;

 <title>Wednesday&#039;s Workout 5.7.08</title>

Workout summary: Abs and Arms&lt;br /&gt;
Workout details:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5 1/2 min. warm up on the eliptical&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Plank on the ball 3X 1 minute&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Push ups on the bosu ball  12, 8 (then 4 on knees), 5 (then 7 on knees)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Bent over rows  3 sets of 12 x 50lbs&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Alternating leg lifts 3 sets of 15 and back extentions 3 sets of 10&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Alternating up and over 1 set of 15, 2 sets of 10 and flies on the exercise ball 3 sets of 15 x 15 lbs in each hand (so does that just count as 30 lbs???)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Alternating cross overs 3 sets of 40 with 8 lb medicine ball and figure 8&#039;s with sand ball 3 sets of 20&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;cool down on the treadmill for 2 songs.&lt;/p&gt;

Sandball through the legs 20 reps&lt;br /&gt;
Plank for one minute&lt;br /&gt;
Crossovers 40 reps&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;LEGS &amp;amp; ABS&lt;br /&gt;
Alternating 3 sets&lt;br /&gt;
up &amp;amp; over on the Bosu Ball Squats&lt;br /&gt;
Back Extensions 10 reps&lt;br /&gt;
Leg lifts 15 reps&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;LEGS ONLY&lt;br /&gt;
Alternating 3 sets&lt;br /&gt;
Step ups 30 seconds on a weight bench&lt;br /&gt;
20 lunges&lt;br /&gt;
Calf raises 20 reps 30 lbs&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I didn&#039;t have my ipod with me so there weren&#039;t any songs, but it still kicked my butt.  UG.  Vacation in one week.  Next week I&#039;m going to diet really good!!!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;5 minute warm up on eliptical trainer&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Plank 3 x 1 min&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Crossovers 3 sets of 30 with an 8 lb medicine ball&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Up and over on the step bench 3 sets 1st for 10, 2nd for 6, 3rd for 7.  Each rep is over and back.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Flies on the ball 3 sets of 15 with 10lb weights&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Alternating Back extentions (10) &amp;amp; Leg lifts (15) times 3 sets&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Bent over rows 3 sets of 15 with 45lb bar&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Lat Pull(ey) 2 sets of 15 with 24lbs and one set of 15 with 20 lbs.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Up next...boot camp with Jill on Wednesday.  Last Wed. I got the worst headache of my life after this class which almost made me sick.  I don&#039;t know why.  I think I didn&#039;t drink enough water after my workout, but that was only part of it.  &lt;/p&gt;
