5 min. warmup on the treadmill

Crossovers - 40 (8lb weight) X 3 sets
Plank - 1 minute X 3 sets

Alternating
Leg Press 15 (95lbs) X 3 sets
Squats 15 (40lbs) X 3 sets

Alternating
Flies 15 (10lb) X 3 sets
Pushups 10 X 1 set then 5/5 "girl" pushups X 2 sets

Then I finished with some stretching in the heated pool!
