Monday's Workout 8.18.08

So, I was still in the midst of reading Breaking Dawn & couldn't put it down so I started with a 22 minute "warm up" so that I could continue reading. I did 22 minutes of the bike at a difficulty of 6-8...mostly 8. It got a good sweat going so that's good.

Then I just tried to work back into working out. A combination of being way too busy, birthdays, illness, and such has derailed my workout schedule.

So, here's my little workout...

Leg Raises alternating with back extensions 15 reps, 3 sets

Push ups on the ball alternating with crunches on the ball, 15 reps, 2 sets & 10 reps, 1 set

Then I was spent so I went home and ate a large salad and a little bit of pasta and one slice of bread. I was good.

(I only kept track of the music when I was lifting and such...not when I was on the bike.[too busy reading. LOL.])
