Workout summary: Arms and Abs

Workout details:

5 minute warm up on eliptical trainer

Plank 3 x 1 min

Crossovers 3 sets of 30 with an 8 lb medicine ball

Up and over on the step bench 3 sets 1st for 10, 2nd for 6, 3rd for 7. Each rep is over and back.

Flies on the ball 3 sets of 15 with 10lb weights

Alternating Back extentions (10) & Leg lifts (15) times 3 sets

Bent over rows 3 sets of 15 with 45lb bar

Lat Pull(ey) 2 sets of 15 with 24lbs and one set of 15 with 20 lbs.

Up next...boot camp with Jill on Wednesday. Last Wed. I got the worst headache of my life after this class which almost made me sick. I don't know why. I think I didn't drink enough water after my workout, but that was only part of it.
