SugarKat Monday's Workout 8.18.08 Aug 19, 2008 7:36 AM So, I was still in the midst of reading Breaking Dawn & couldn't put it down so I started with a 22 minute "warm up" so that I could continue reading. I did 22 minutes of the bike at a difficulty of 6-8...mostly 8. It got a good sweat going so that's good. Then I just tried to work back into working out. A combination of being way too busy, birthdays, illness, and such has derailed my workout schedule. So, here's my little workout... Leg Raises alternating with back extensions 15 reps, 3 sets Push ups on the ball alternating with crunches on the ball, 15 reps, 2 sets & 10 reps, 1 set Then I was spent so I went home and ate a large salad and a little bit of pasta and one slice of bread. I was good. And the playlist... Starry Eyed Surprise Money Talks We are the Champions Amos Moses Beautiful Day (I only kept track of the music when I was lifting and such...not when I was on the bike.[too busy reading. LOL.])

I need to go back to my trainer.... 5 min. warmup on the treadmill Alternating Crossovers - 40 (8lb weight) X 3 sets Plank - 1 minute X 3 sets Alternating Leg Press 15 (95lbs) X 3 sets Squats 15 (40lbs) X 3 sets Alternating Flies 15 (10lb) X 3 sets Pushups 10 X 1 set then 5/5 "girl" pushups X 2 sets Then I finished with some stretching in the heated pool! Playlist Thunderstruck Eye of the Tiger It's All Good Sexy Back Here It Goes Again Beautiful Day Crazy Tomorrow I'll be flying and at a workshop and I hope to be able to get back in the gym on Saturday and/or Sunday... To do...call the trainer.
SugarKat Wednesday's Workout 5.7.08 May 8, 2008 7:42 AM Mood at the beginning of the workout: Motivated, but still lazy from vacation Mood at the end of the workout: Tired and sore. flimsy Workout summary: Abs and Arms Workout details: 5 1/2 min. warm up on the eliptical Plank on the ball 3X 1 minute Push ups on the bosu ball 12, 8 (then 4 on knees), 5 (then 7 on knees) Bent over rows 3 sets of 12 x 50lbs Alternating leg lifts 3 sets of 15 and back extentions 3 sets of 10 Alternating up and over 1 set of 15, 2 sets of 10 and flies on the exercise ball 3 sets of 15 x 15 lbs in each hand (so does that just count as 30 lbs???) Alternating cross overs 3 sets of 40 with 8 lb medicine ball and figure 8's with sand ball 3 sets of 20 cool down on the treadmill for 2 songs. I was really tired, but my return has motivated me to get back into eating healthy and stuff too. I gained weight on vacation with all the strawberry margaritas, but am getting back into it!

So very very tired and my head hurts a little. Workout summary: Abs and legs Workout details: ABS Alternating 3 sets Sandball through the legs 20 reps Plank for one minute Crossovers 40 reps LEGS & ABS Alternating 3 sets up & over on the Bosu Ball Squats Back Extensions 10 reps Leg lifts 15 reps LEGS ONLY Alternating 3 sets Step ups 30 seconds on a weight bench 20 lunges Calf raises 20 reps 30 lbs I didn't have my ipod with me so there weren't any songs, but it still kicked my butt. UG. Vacation in one week. Next week I'm going to diet really good!!!

Tired. Workout summary: Arms and Abs Workout details: 5 minute warm up on eliptical trainer Plank 3 x 1 min Crossovers 3 sets of 30 with an 8 lb medicine ball Up and over on the step bench 3 sets 1st for 10, 2nd for 6, 3rd for 7. Each rep is over and back. Flies on the ball 3 sets of 15 with 10lb weights Alternating Back extentions (10) & Leg lifts (15) times 3 sets Bent over rows 3 sets of 15 with 45lb bar Lat Pull(ey) 2 sets of 15 with 24lbs and one set of 15 with 20 lbs. Up next...boot camp with Jill on Wednesday. Last Wed. I got the worst headache of my life after this class which almost made me sick. I don't know why.
